Blackthorn Club offers the membership a unique experience unlike anything in the area. The Back of the House team utilizes a “from scratch” approach to the all the menus, taking care with the ingredients to highlight the flavors and textures of each dish. The Front of the House team approaches each guest’s experience by tailoring it to what the member wants. This is achieved through recording member preferences and coaching of new staff. At the helm of the experience is our Chef James, C.E.C., winner of the 2022 Club and Resort Chef of the Year.
