“All Ships Rise” is a documentary from Club + Resort Chef chronicling the career and culinary journey of Scott Craig, CEC, CCA, WCMC, Executive Chef of Cullasaja Club. The film provides an intimate glimpse into Craig’s profound dedication and innovative leadership. Through personal interviews with Craig, candid insights from colleagues, and rare behind-the-scenes footage, the documentary vividly portrays his philosophy and hands-on approach to the craft of culinary as well as mentorship, competition, and leadership.
