Executive Chef Andrew Wisnionski—a 2025 class of 40 Under 40 honoree—shares new initiatives at The Country Club at Castle Pines in Castle Rock, Colo., including a heart-healthy menu and the return of summer cooking classes.
The chef, who has since accepted a role as Executive Chef at the American Yacht Club in Rye, N.Y., sees opportunity at his former club for expanding and shifting the program to different areas of the club, including at the pool or on the patio this summer.
