On Saturday, March 4th, Chef to Chef Conference attendees can register for Express ServSafe Manager Certification or Express ServSafe Manager Recertification from 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm, respectively.
ServSafe Manager Certification verifies that a chef, manager or other foodservice professional has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect members and guests from foodborne illness while complying with federal and state laws.
These express courses, now offered through the Chef to Chef Conference, are “designed for the busy foodservice professional who doesn’t have all day to spend in a class,” says Adam Dietrich, Food Safety Expert and Founder/Lead Instructor of EXPO Food Safety.
“I eliminate all the fluff and prioritize the most important food safety concepts,” says Dietrich. “Each course will also provide training and resources club chefs can bring back to their clubs to train their teams and continue to keep members and guests safe.”
Those who successfully pass the 90-question multiple-choice exam will receive a ServSafe Manager Certification and wallet card.
All necessary seminar materials will be included for both sessions, and lunch will be provided.
These courses are only available to attendees who sign up in advance as part of their full conference registration.
