This annual accolade honors the brightest rising stars in the industry. Nominations are open until February 3rd, 2025, and both new nominees and past honorees are welcome to apply.
Nominate a Chef for the 2025 40 Under 40
Eligibility and Nomination Process: Nominees must be currently active in a club or resort culinary setting and born in or after 1985. While the 40 Under 40 list will exclusively recognize culinarians, nominations are open to other contributors, including chefs, managers, colleagues, members, suppliers, and other industry personnel. This inclusive approach ensures the recognition captures diverse talents and achievements within the club and resort culinary sphere.
Honoree Recognition and Benefits: Selected honorees will receive significant recognition across various platforms. Key highlights include:
- Featured Publication: A special feature in the March issue of Club + Resort Chef, spotlighting each honoree’s achievements and contributions to the industry.
- Chef to Chef Conference Acknowledgment: Honorees attending the Chef to Chef conference will be distinguished with a unique badge, signifying their inclusion in this elite group.
- Online Recognition: Honorees are featured permanently on the C+RC website, offering a detailed look at their professional journey and accomplishments. This growing archive showcases each class, serving as a testament to the talent shaping the future of club and resort culinary programs.
- Social Media Recognition: Honorees will receive a digital badge to share on their social media platforms, enhancing their professional visibility and celebrating their achievement within the wider community.
