Ingredients:
2 cups butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1¾ cups AP flour
¾ tsp. ground allspice
¾ tsp. ground cardamom
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 cups almonds, finely chopped
Cooking Directions:
- Cream butter and powdered sugar.
- Sift flour, spices and salt together in separate bowl.
- Add extracts to butter mixture.
- Add flour mixture and mix half way and add almonds and continue mixing till combined. Refrigerate for 30 min.
- Form small balls and place 2 inches apart. Bake at 300° for 18 minutes.
