Club + Resort Chef has extended the early-bird rate for the 2026 Chef to Chef Conference through Jan. 31.
Many chefs told us they’re finalizing budgets, staffing plans, and travel approvals right now. Rather than forcing a rushed decision, we want to give you a little more runway to lock in your spot and the lower rate.
The conference takes place March 8-10 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, and the agenda (linked here) is built around the realities chefs face every day—from staffing pipelines, leadership transitions, and chef-GM partnerships to consistency across complex operations, live culinary demonstrations, and a rare look inside The Broadmoor’s culinary operation.
The extended early-bird rate is $2,950 through Jan.31. The regular rate will be $3,200 beginning Feb. 1.
If Chef to Chef is on your calendar this year, this extension gives you time to plan smart and save $250. Register here by Jan. 31 to secure the early bird rate.

The Broadmoor’s food-and-beverage program is massive: 18 kitchens, 20 outlets, a butcher shop, bakery, chocolaterie, and an impressive culinary team led by some of the best in the business, including Executive Chef Justin Miller and Vice President of Food & Beverage David Patterson. Their program runs like clockwork, fueled by teamwork, talent, and thoughtful leadership. (See Bench Strength at The Broadmoor for a detailed profile of their culinary program.)
