Chef to Chef Announces 2027 Dates and Location

The annual Chef to Chef Conference will take place February 28–March 2, 2027, at JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa, bringing club and resort chefs to the Sonoran Desert for three days of education, competition, networking, and culinary inspiration.

Club + Resort Chef is excited to announce that the 2027 Chef to Chef Conference will be held February 28–March 2, 2027, at JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Arizona.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sonoran Desert and Mountains, the resort will host three days of chef-driven education, culinary exploration, and industry connection designed exclusively for club and resort food-and-beverage professionals.

Since its launch in 2009, the Chef to Chef Conference has become the premier event dedicated to the unique needs of club and resort culinary operations. Designed by chefs for chefs, the Conference brings together Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs, General Managers, F&B Directors, and culinary teams from across the country to learn from one another, share ideas, and return home with practical strategies they can immediately apply.

Returning in 2027 are several Chef to Chef favorites, including club tours that provide attendees with behind-the-scenes access to standout culinary operations in the host market. The Club + Resort Chef of the Year Competition will also return, giving attendees a front-row seat to one of the Conference’s most popular and anticipated events.

Additional networking receptions, culinary experiences, live culinary demonstrations, and special events are already in development as organizers build another memorable Chef to Chef experience.

The region offers exceptional clubs and resorts, a distinct culinary identity, and the kind of setting that creates memorable experiences beyond the classroom.”
