Attendees of the 2022 Chef to Chef Conference are eligible to earn 19.5 CEHs through ACF and 10 CEHs through CMAA with no additional fees.
At the 2022 Chef to Chef Conference, which will take place in Nashville, Tenn., at the all-new Grand Hyatt Nashville hotel, from March 20-22, attendees will learn from some of the industry’s most well-respected culinarians—and they’ll get credit for it.
#CheftoChef2022 has been approved for 19.5 continuing education hours toward the initial or recertification application for American Culinary Federation (ACF) certification and 10 continuing education hours through the Club Management Association of America (CMAA).
The 2022 agenda features a dynamic lineup of the club and resort industry’s most notable culinary leaders (See Meet the 2022 Chef to Chef Speakers). Education sessions will focus on culture building, leadership, modern apprenticeships, and more. Demo sessions will explore chef’s tables, pickling and fermentation, pastry from the hot line, open-flame cooking, food trucks and charcuterie.
Registration is currently tracking well ahead of past years so club chefs interested in attending are encouraged to register before the event reaches capacity. Learn more and register at www.cheftochefconference.com.
