Registration for the Chef to Chef Conference is open. The early-bird rate is $2,950 through January 15. After that, the attendee rate is $3,200. A limited room block is available at The Broadmoor for $299 per night plus tax for registered attendees. (Learn more here.)
The Broadmoor’s food-and-beverage program is massive: 18 kitchens, 20 outlets, a butcher shop, bakery, chocolaterie, and an impressive culinary team led by some of the best in the business, including Executive Chef Justin Miller and Vice President of Food & Beverage David Patterson. Their program runs like clockwork, fueled by teamwork, talent, and thoughtful leadership. (See Bench Strength at The Broadmoor for a detailed profile of their culinary program.)
As part of registration, attendees can reserve a spot on a guided property tour that offers an inside look at how one of the most complex resort kitchens in the country actually runs. Attendees will see systems, scale, flow, and leadership in action. These tours are included in the registration fee; however, capacity is limited. Once those tours are filled—and many already are—they are gone. No additional tours will be added.
“Chef to Chef has always been about giving club chefs the kind of conversations and clarity they can’t get anywhere else,” says Joanna DeChellis, Editorial Director. “This year at The Broadmoor, we’re taking that idea further. The setting, the access, and the depth of programming create a variation on the event that feels fresh while still delivering what chefs rely on us for: honest learning, practical tools, and a community that makes this industry stronger.”

Registration includes:
- Kickoff party at The Broadmoor, one of the country’s most iconic resorts
- Access to small-group behind-the-scenes tours offered to the first 200 registrants only (Once these fill, no additional slots will be added.)
