- Identify Decision-Making Processes: Understand how decisions about renovations are made, who is involved, and the strategies employed to gain stakeholder support.
- Gather Challenges and Needs: Identify common hurdles in the renovation process and pinpoint critical equipment needs.
- Leverage Collective Wisdom: Collect and share insights and advice to refine renovation strategies and outcomes across the industry.
