Club + Resort Chef has released a first-of-its-kind documentary-style film on Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Fla., that takes viewers behind the scenes and inside the club’s vibrant culinary program guided by Philippe Reynaud, Director of Culinary; Jared Reardon, Executive Chef; and Chris Patterson, Executive Director of Food & Beverage.
Through the film, viewers have the unique opportunity to explore the inner workings of the club’s $45 million culinary program, which stands tall as the largest of its kind in the U.S. Through detailed interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, the film highlights Reynaud’s unwavering passion for curating extraordinary dining experiences tailored to the club’s discerning members. Throughout the film, he and his colleagues candidly share the trials and triumphs of staffing challenges while relentlessly pursuing excellence and evolution.
