Inside the 2026 Masters Champions Dinner

Rory McIlroy’s Champions Dinner menu featured items ranging from grilled elk sliders to sticky toffee pudding.

By Editorial Staff | April 9, 2026

On Tuesday, April 7, 2025 Masters champion Rory McIlroy enjoyed his Champions Dinner menu with fellow members of the Masters Club.

Some champions focus their spread on dishes from their home country. Others incorporate their favorite foods, drinks and delicacies from around the world. McIlroy leaned toward the latter, choosing items that range from Georgia peaches and Irish comfort foods to wild game and British desserts.

One of the appetizers was inspired by McIlroy’s family.

“My mum does these really, really nice dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon,” said McIlroy. “I’ve put those on the appetizer list, so thanks to Rosie for that one.”

Another item was inspired by a favorite restaurant of Rory and Erica McIlroy’s—Le Bernardin—in New York City.

“Eric Ripert is the chef there, and this is a dish from that restaurant. It’s a yellowfin tuna carpaccio. It’s a really thin slice of French baguette with a really thin slice of foie gras on top of that. … It’s a really simple dish, but every time we go to that restaurant, that’s the one thing that I have to have.”

McIlroy hinted that wild game might appear on the menu following his 2025 victory.

“I’ve been into wild game recently, so like venison, elk, stuff like that,” said McIlroy in an interview on the Today Show. “That sort of fueled this run, so maybe something like that.”

Another menu item that pays homage to his corner of the globe is sticky toffee pudding.

“[It’s] very much a crowd pleaser,” said McIlroy.
