The Saitama Prefectural Government is pleased to announce the “Taste of Saitama” event, scheduled for Tuesday, September 10th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. This event aims to introduce the rich culinary traditions of Saitama, Japan, to a select audience in Columbus, Ohio.

The event will feature nine exhibitors from Saitama showcasing a diverse range of products, including sake, craft beer, craft gin, udon, soba, soy sauce, karinto (sweet fried dough), ramen, seasonings, and other local specialties. Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend a mini-seminar by John Gauntner, a renowned expert known as the Sake Evangelist.
