Jon Cichon started as Executive Chef of Merion Golf Club in Ardmore, Pa., about a year ago, after working in the hotel world for more than 15 years.
The first year has been “kind of crazy,” he says, “in a good way.”
“I was told when I was hired that you need to see a full year before you can really have perspective,” he adds, “and I understand why.”
