Club + Resort Chef has released the official recap video of PlateCraft, offering a dynamic look at the second installment of this unique culinary workshop. Hosted at Cullasaja Club in Highlands, N.C., the event brought together a tight-knit group of chefs focused on collaboration, creativity, and hands-on learning. This year’s theme, The Grand Buffet, challenged chefs to reimagine the traditional buffet as a cohesive culinary piece—an exercise in intention, technique, and storytelling. The video captures the energy of the event, from the interactive workshops to the open exchange of ideas that defined the experience.
PlateCraft will return to Cullasaja Club from November 3–5, 2025. Planning is already underway for what promises to be another meaningful gathering of club culinary leaders.
