Quail Creek Country Club in North Naples, Fla., enters its 45th golf season with a newly transformed main dining venue, Greenside Grille, after the completion of a full interior refresh, including new flooring, lighting, furniture and aesthetics that elevate the space to modern-day standards. The clubhouse upgrades accompany a newly refined Quail Creek logo, brand identity and website that reflect the club’s ongoing evolution.
As of this fall, the club’s 12-person director team is now fully intact and poised to manage club operations and the more than 170 associates for the active Southwest Florida winter. The most recent additions to the Quail Creek leadership team include: Naples native, Emme Warburton, hired as director of membership in early 2025; Holly Savidge, LPGA, assumed the director of marketing position in May 2025; Alexandra Falls, PGA, also a Naples native, stepped in to lead retail operations for The Quail Shoppe (the club’s multi-sport pro shop hub experience); Ana Burdge oversees human resources as the director of the department; Edwin Maynard joined the team as director of facilities in June 2025; and Luis Fernando Jacinto as sous chef to round out key position hires in fall of this year.

The strategic process of assembling Quail Creek’s leadership team started in the summer of 2024, when Quail Creek’s Chris Evans, PGA, took the helm as general manager. In the second half of 2024, Abigail Hoglund was hired as director of communications; Angelo Biondo joined as director of finance; Hernan Perdomo stepped into the director of food and beverage role; Cameron Fady, PGA earned a promotion to director of golf; and David Lenio joined the team as executive chef.
“In our Naples market, one known so well for hospitality and golf, achieving a fully subscribed leadership team of such immense talent is a testament to our high standards and top-tier member experience,” says Evans. “It’s a huge milestone, especially as we just finished our clubhouse refresh; the momentum is the ultimate springboard for a fantastic season ahead and sets the stage for Quail Creek Country Club’s next chapter.”

Also happening this year, Quail Creek plans to unveil a new membership offering specifically for young executives to appeal to the growing population of families in Naples. Its accelerating social calendar includes new dining options, with the recent opening of the Cypress Bar & Lounge as a cocktail and live entertainment venue, as well the kickoff of a new U.S Semi-Quincentennial dinner series that celebrates 250 years of American cuisine.
