Chef to Chef Conference: A Look Back at 2025 and a Glimpse Ahead

The recap video and photo gallery from the 2025 Chef to Chef Conference in Baltimore are now available, offering a look inside the club and resort culinary industry’s must-attend event for education, connection, and professional growth.

By Editorial Staff | May 16, 2025

The 2025 Chef to Chef Conference brought more than 400 chefs to Baltimore for three days of tightly focused programming, hands-on demonstrations, and open conversation. The agenda reflected the realities of working in club and resort kitchens today, from balancing operational pressures to building strong teams and planning for the long haul.

A new recap video released by Club + Resort Chef offers a closer look at the event. While the general sessions and culinary competition take center stage, the footage also highlights the quieter moments that defined the experience: chefs exchanging ideas, reconnecting with longtime peers, and offering candid insight into the challenges and successes they face every day.

Alongside the video, a full photo gallery is now available, featuring images from the kickoff event at Baltimore Country Club through to the closing sessions. The gallery includes behind-the-scenes glimpses, candid interactions, and examples of the work presented both on and off the plate.

Planning is already underway for next year’s conference. The 2026 Chef to Chef Conference will be held March 22–24 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. While the location will change, the focus remains the same: practical strategies, meaningful dialogue, and a shared commitment to professional growth across the club and resort culinary community.
