Executive Chef Richard Jallet tells C+RC about the past 10 years at Baltimore Country Club, what his goals are today, and what Chef to Chef 2025 attendees can expect from the kickoff party at BCC.
On Sunday, March 23, Chef to Chef Conference attendees are invited to the exclusive kickoff party, Taste of Charm City’s Club Culinary Scene, at BCC. This event will feature an array of exceptional culinary talents from some of Baltimore’s most esteemed clubs. Attendees will savor dishes prepared by Jallet and team at BCC, as well as Todd Sellaro from Elkridge Club, TJ Garrish from L’Hirondelle Club of Ruxton, Tom Hall from Green Spring Valley Hunt Club, and Taylor Maxwell from Rolling Road Golf Club.
“It’s going to be a collaboration with the [clubs around Baltimore],” notes Jallet. “We’re going to try to do Baltimore flair—with a new twist.”
