Next March, club and resort chefs from across the country will gather at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront for the 2025 Chef to Chef Conference, which will take place from March 23-25. Registration opens soon, with early bird pricing set at $2,850, regular pricing at $2,950, and late registration at $3,200. Attendees are encouraged to secure their spot early, as early bird rates are only available until December 31. Full registration details will be available at cheftochefconference.com.

Though overnight accommodations are not included, the registration fee provides access to a remarkable experience. Attendees will enjoy an immersive taste of Charm City’s culinary scene at the kickoff party hosted at Baltimore Country Club. The evening will showcase exceptional dishes from leading Baltimore chefs, including Richard Jallet of BCC, Todd Sellaro of Elkridge Club, TJ Garrish, CEC, of L’Hirondelle Club of Ruxton, Tom Hall of Green Spring Valley Hunt Club, and Taylor Maxwell of Rolling Road Golf Club. This exclusive gathering promises to deliver a unique, education-focused experience highlighting the innovative culinary programs and talents from Baltimore’s top culinary programs.

In addition to the kickoff event, registration covers breakfasts, lunches, and breaks on Monday and Tuesday, along with educational sessions, live cooking demonstrations, and tours of some of Baltimore’s most prestigious clubs, such as Baltimore Country Club at Roland Park, Chartwell Golf and Country Club, Maryland Club, and The Center Club. These tours will offer attendees an inside look at each venue’s culinary operations and distinctive features, with participants selecting their preferred tour during registration to ensure a relevant, in-depth experience.

The event will also feature abundant networking opportunities, culminating in the Monday night Chef to Chef Crab Fest and the prestigious Club + Resort Chef of the Year culinary competition on Tuesday night. Attendees can also earn continuing education credits through various industry associations, making this conference inspiring and professionally rewarding.

Stay tuned for upcoming announcements on speakers, agenda details, and special events later this fall. The 2025 Chef to Chef Conference is set to be an essential event for club chefs looking to elevate their skills and connections.
