The 2026 Chef to Chef Conference will take place at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs from March 8 to 10, 2026. This iconic resort, nestled at the base of Cheyenne Mountain, will offer attendees a setting unlike any the conference has hosted before—historic, breathtaking, and backed by one of the most impressive culinary operations in hospitality.
The Broadmoor’s food-and-beverage program is massive: 18 kitchens, 20 outlets, a butcher shop, bakery, chocolaterie, and a impressive culinary team led by some of the best in the business, including Executive Chef Justin Miller and Vice President of Food & Beverage David Patterson. Their program runs like clockwork, fueled by teamwork, talent, and thoughtful leadership. (See Bench Strength at The Broadmoor.)
“We chose The Broadmoor because it represents everything we want chefs and culinary leaders to experience,” says Joanna DeChellis, Editorial Director of Club + Resort Chef and organizer of the Conference. “The culinary team has built a legacy rooted in tradition, creativity, and precision. Many of the professionals here have grown from within. This setting will challenge chefs to think differently and elevate the entire experience in a way that only a place like this can.”
The 2026 Conference will bring club and resort chefs from across the country to explore ideas, share challenges, and dig into topics that matter most. Full registration details will be available at cheftochefconference.com later this year.
