3 each avocados slices ¼ thick
2 each Cantaloupe slices ¼ thick
10 each Serrano ham slices approximately 2 ounces
1 teaspoon Balsamic glaze or honey
- Wrap each piece of cantaloupe and avocado with ham.
- Place 5 wrapped wedges on a plate; drizzle with either balsamic glaze or honey to serve.
