Sesame Chile Orange Chicken Combo

60 oz. Homestyle Breaded Boneless Chicken Wings
12 oz. Orange juice
24 tbsp. Sweet and sour sauce
12 tbsp. Orange marmalade
12 tbsp. Teriyaki glaze
12 tsp. Garlic chili paste
6 tsp. Sesame oil
1. Reserve frozen boneless wings for assembly of appetizer.
2. Combine orange juice, sweet and sour sauce, orange marmalade, teriyaki glaze, garlic chili paste and sesame oil in a small nonstick skillet and whisk to blend. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until reduced to a glaze-like consistency. Hold hot above 140°F.
3. To serve: Deep-fry 5 ounces of wings at 350°F for 5 to 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F for 15 seconds. Combine wings and 2 1/4 ounces glaze and toss to evenly coat. Serve.
