Shawn Loving, CMC, On Team-Building, the Olympics and the Future of the Detroit Athletic Club

Shawn Loving, CMC, Executive Chef of Detroit Athletic Club, shares insights on his three-year experience at the club, upcoming kitchen renovation and plans for the Olympics, where he will serve again as the Executive Chef for the U.S. Men’s and Women’s Olympic Basketball Teams.

He discusses the support he has had from his staff, their positive response to his leadership, and the planned enhancements to the kitchen’s design and efficiency.
