Southern Pride announced the rerelease of its smallest electric smoker model. The SC-100 was discontinued 18 years ago, but due to demand, is available to order now.
The SC series electric smoker is known for its versatility in smoking, roasting and also serving as a holding cabinet. The SC-100 features two main heating elements and a single smoke element and woodchip box all located in the bottom of the smoker. The simplified control features an on/off switch, thermostat dial ranging from 100° to 325°F and a smoke element on/off switch.
There are four, 17-3/4” x 17-3/4” product racks that provide up to 8.75 ft2 standard cooking surface. The racks can be adjusted to 10 positions with the ability to add additional racks.
The SC-100’s electrical requirement is 120 VAC. This product is ETL Safety and Sanitation certified. This equipment must be vented in accordance with the Owner’s Manual and the installation must comply with NFPA 96 and all relevant local and national codes and in a manner acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.
The list price of the SC-100 is $3,850 and is available to order through an Authorized Southern Pride Distributor.
