Tom Birmingham, CEC, Director of the Club + Resort Chef Association, hosts a Chef to Chef Live! conversation with Chris Smith, Director of Culinary Development for the CBIGG group of clubs and Executive Chef of Eldorado Country Club (McKinney, Texas), and Anthony Gaetano Olesh, Executive Chef of Moon Valley CC (Phoenix, Ariz.).
