Belgian Hot Apple Pie Cocktail

Ingredients:
12 ounces apple Lambic Belgian sour beer
1 ounce apple brandy
1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
Procedure:
Place the scoop of ice cream in a large glass. In another small glass pour the shot of apple brandy and light a match and flambé the brandy and pour over the scoop of ice cream and top with the apple Lambic beer add a straw and a spoon and enjoy.
