Chef's Certifications Our Executive Chef Robert Goodhue, Director of Culinary Operations, has 30 years of private club and hospitality experience and is a graduate of the Baltimore International Culinary College. His experience includes working every station in Michelin Star restaurants and nationally recognized restaurants such as The Polo Grill in Baltimore, MD, Citronelle in Washington D.C., at Lespinasse in NYC, and Café Boulud in Palm Beach, FL. He has worked with culinary icons Michel Richard, Christian Delouvrier, Gabriel Kreuther, and Daniel Boulud. His awards include First Place Cheney Show 2013 and 2014 Chef’s Showcase Competition, and he is a member of the American Culinary Federation.
