RATIONAL has announced the return of its ‘Quick Ship’ program in the United States and Canada.
Seventeen iCombi models and nine iVario models are eligible for Quick Ship. Cooking systems shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada will leave a RATIONAL Distribution Center within 48 business hours of order confirmation.
“If you think about where we were at with shipping times at this point last year, looking at upwards of 36 weeks, we have come such a long way,” says Simon Lohse, Executive Vice President of RATIONAL North America. “With the global supply chain slowly stabilizing, we have been making great strides in procurement. We are proud to announce the return of our Quick Ship program. Customers will not have to wait long—our most popular units will be at your fingertips before you know it.”
Under the reinstated program, orders eligible for the Quick Ship program include standard configurations and must be accepted by RATIONAL USA or RATIONAL Canada by 1 p.m. CT. Eligible orders will be shipped within 48 hours on regular working days and will be shipped using a RATIONAL preferred LTL carrier. Orders that include any units that are not standard configuration are not eligible.
