The can’t-miss Chef to Chef Conference—which offers club and resort chefs unique educational opportunities on culinary, management, and operating practices—will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront from March 23rd to 25th, 2025. Registration will open later this summer, and early bird discounts expire on December 31st. Registration can be found at cheftochefconference.com.
“After an unforgettable event in Austin in 2024, the anticipation for Baltimore in 2025 is sky-high,” says Joanna DeChellis, Editor-In-Chief for Club + Resort Chef and the Chef to Chef Conference. “Austin marked an important moment for Chef to Chef, as it was the first occasion we decided not to include hotel accommodations in the registration package. This shift enabled our team to focus entirely on crafting the most outstanding agenda we’ve ever assembled—and I believe we succeeded. Our commitment is to deliver an unparalleled experience for club chefs. As we gear up for Baltimore, I’m confident the ideas and experiences we’re planning will not only strengthen the community we’ve built but also elevate the educational opportunities we offer.”
Baltimore is home to an impressive collection of clubs, with chefs like Richard Jallet, Executive Chef of Baltimore Country Club, eagerly stepping forward to support and collaborate on the event. Since the club tours in Charlotte in 2020, attendees have been vocal about incorporating more immersive experiences like those in future conferences. The opportunities in Baltimore for these experiences and local access for new attendees are unparalleled.
“As Chef to Chef continues to evolve and innovate, Baltimore is the ideal backdrop for our next event,” says DeChellis.
Bridging the enthusiasm from the previous success and looking ahead, the spirit of collaboration and community that defines the Chef to Chef Conference is only intensifying as it approaches its next iteration.
“There’s a lot of excitement building for Baltimore in 2025,” says Michael Matarazzo, Executive Chef of Farmington Country Club (Charlottesville, Va.) and one of the Chef to Chef Conference Coordinators. “Given the new ideas and enthusiastic support from local clubs, the 2025 Chef to Chef Conference is shaping up to be even more impactful and engaging for everyone involved.”
In preparation for Baltimore 2025, DeChellis will continue to collaborate with Matarazzo and a dedicated team of Conference Coordinators, including Scott Craig, CEC, CCA, WCMC, Executive Chef of Cullasaja Club (Highlands, N.C.), and J. Kevin Walker, CMC, AAC. Together, they will gather feedback from attendees, collaborate with peers and craft an agenda and speaker lineup that promises to inspire, educate, and elevate the craft of club and resort chefs. The full details of the agenda and speakers will be announced later this summer.
