Club + Resort Chef has officially released the highlight video from the 2024 Chef to Chef Conference. The video captures the vibrant atmosphere, key moments, and essence of the event, which was held in Austin, Texas, from March 3rd to 5th.
The video offers a dynamic look into the conference, emphasizing themes such as effective communication, employee meal programs, mentorship, union workforce relations, and the creation of exceptional dining experiences tailored for dietary restrictions. It encapsulates the essence of the sessions and demonstrations, highlights knowledge sharing among chefs, and portrays the spirited camaraderie and networking that defined the event.
Looking forward, the 2025 Chef to Chef Conference is set to take place at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront from March 23rd to 25th. Registration opens later this summer, with early bird discounts available until December 31st. Attendees can register at cheftochefconference.com.

As preparations for Baltimore begin, DeChellis will continue to work closely with the team of joint Conference Coordinators made up of Scott Craig, CEC, CCA, WCMC, Executive Chef of Cullasaja Club (Highlands, N.C.), Michael Matarazzo, CEC, Executive Chef of Farmington Country Club (Charlottesville, Va.) and Kevin Walker, CMC, AAC, to develop the agenda and speaker lineup, which will be released later this summer.
