Amrit Ocean Resort Intros New Menus

The Florida resort's Tulā and LaLa restaurants now feature decadent seafood towers, coastal brunches, mixologist-crafted cocktails, and more.

By Editorial Staff | July 31, 2026

Inspired by the resort’s beachfront setting, Amrit Ocean Resort (Riviera Beach, Fla.) and Executive Chef Craig Tooker have unveiled new summer menus at Tulā and LaLa for brunch and dinner.

The menu incorporates dishes tied to lunar phases, ranging from lighter offerings–like Wahoo Crudo with watermelon and hearts of palm–during the new moon to rich, indulgent selections—including Prime Hanger Steak with citrus heirloom carrots and black rice grits—during waxing moon cycles.

At Tulā, Chef Tooker’s elevated brunch offerings add sweet sunshine like fluffy Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with blueberry-basil compote and Tres Leche French Toast with caramelized mango and banana brûlée.

Savory brunch lovers will enjoy Steak & Eggs with chimichurri and rosemary-garlic potatoes, alongside guest-favorite brunch classics including the Classic Benedict, and Avocado Toasts. Raw bar selections including Everglade Oysters and Wahoo Crudo bring South Florida flavors to the forefront.

The restaurant’s new seasonal dinner menu introduces The Shore Board, a shareable seafood tower featuring oysters, prawns, king crab legs, crudo and caviar, alongside dishes such as Diver Scallops with tangerine-habanero glaze and Florida Snapper with cannellini beans and charred tomato broth. Additional signature entrées include The Cut, a dry-aged ribeye, and the restaurant’s Prime Hanger Steak, while the Maine Lobster Roll and Everglades Oysters remain guest favorites.

At LaLa (Sanskrit for “playful”), guests can linger over coastal small plates, crudo and handcrafted cocktails infused with fresh fruits and botanicals. Highlights include Blue Crab Scotch Eggs, Fish Tacos with mango slaw, and Maine Lobster Roll with lemon-saffron mayo.

Signature sips include the Blueberry Passion Margarita, Lychee Green Teani and Summer on the Rocks, a watermelon-and-jalapeño siren crafted with vodka and handpicked lime.

Guests can also sip the property’s most-ordered frozen cocktails during LaLa’s daily Happy Hour from 4-6 p.m., featuring 50% off select handcrafted appetizers, house wines by the glass and premium house spirits. Throughout the summer, Tulā also invites guests to Wine Wednesday every Wednesday from 6-9 p.m., offering 30% off all bottles of wine paired with oceanfront Atlantic views and the restaurant’s seasonal menu.
