Elizabeth Harrison, Executive Pastry Chef of Oakland Hills Country Club (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.), tells Club + Resort Chef about the fire that burned down the 100-year-old clubhouse in February—and how the club’s staff and community have come together to rebuild.
