Chefs planning to attend the 2027 Chef to Chef Conference should register by the end of the day tomorrow, October 31, 2026, to lock in the best rate: $3,100. The regular rate, through Jan. 1, 2027, will be $3,250, and late rate, beginning Jan. 27, 2027, will be $3,600.
The conference will take place February 28–March 2, 2027, at JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Arizona, where chefs and culinary leaders from clubs and resorts nationwide will gather for three days shaped around learning, connection, and practical ideas they can bring home to their teams. Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sonoran Desert and Mountains, the resort will host three days of chef-driven education, culinary exploration, and industry connection designed exclusively for club and resort food-and-beverage professionals.
Since its launch in 2009, the Chef to Chef Conference has become the premier event dedicated to the unique needs of club and resort culinary operations. Designed by chefs for chefs, the Conference brings together Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs, General Managers, F&B Directors, and culinary teams from across the country to learn from one another, share ideas, and return home with practical strategies they can immediately apply.
Returning in 2027 are several Chef to Chef favorites, including club tours that provide attendees with behind-the-scenes access to standout culinary operations in the host market. The 2027 Club + Resort Chef of the Year Competition will also return, giving attendees a front-row seat to one of the Conference’s most popular and anticipated events. Club and resort chefs interested in testing their skills against their peers are encouraged to apply here. Club + Resort Chef will select four competitors from the applicant pool to participate in the live competition.
