Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year through a year-long program of activities including special culinary events at its restaurant, il Palco.
On March 10, Ferdinando Bernardi, from the Michelin-starred restaurant Casa Bernardi, presented an exclusive tasting menu for members.
On April 14, Alejandro Ibáñez, chef of the restaurant Barahonda (recently awarded its first Michelin star), and José Dolera, chef of Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, combined their talents to create and deliver a unique gastronomic experience at the “Four Hands Menu” event. Meanwhile, Fabio Morisi, Italian gastronomic consultant chef who has collaborated with il Palco, will headline another culinary event on May 20.

The club’s gastronomic offering is a pillar to the resort, with three restaurants—il Palco, unik and umawa—which have helped consolidate Las Colinas as a highly sought-after venue for corporate and private events. Complementing this offering is WOW Beach. Located on the seafront, the beach club is a benchmark during the summer season.
“Celebrating 15 years is a source of pride and, at the same time, a responsibility to continue offering top-quality experiences to this great community of residents and visitors,” says Javier Rodríguez, Director of Operations of Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. “From the outset, the project was conceived with a long-term vision and a commitment to creating not just a destination, but ‘a world apart’, where excellence, sustainability and wellbeing are part of the way we understand Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.”

Along with the dining events, the club plans on hosting the 15th Anniversary Golf Tournament, the Las Colinas Trophy for the 2026 golf season and the 15th Anniversary Pickleball Tournament.
In line with its founding principles of social commitment, the 15th anniversary program includes two key initiatives. During the month of June, the 1st Charity Pickleball Tournament will be held in support of the Association for People with Functional Diversity (ADIS). Las Colinas Golf & Country Club course will host the Spanish Golf Championship of the Spanish Federation of Sports for People with Intellectual Disabilities (FEDDI) on September 12 and 13.
Las Colinas Golf & Country Club and Troon, the global leader in golf-related hospitality management, have been partners since the property opened in 2011. Troon oversees golf and club operations at the luxury property, ensuring top-tier service, impeccable course maintenance, and extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
